Clear labels over hype
We want the important details to be easy to find: active ingredients, serving, pack size, suitability, cautions and routine fit.
About Root & Pulse
Root & Pulse is built for people who want clear labels, practical guidance and simple routines without exaggerated wellness promises.
Why we exist
Choosing supplements can feel oddly complicated. One product says one thing, another says something bigger, and before long you are trying to decode serving sizes, ingredient forms, suitability notes and marketing language all at once.
Root & Pulse was created to make that process calmer. We group products around real routines and health goals, then write the pages in plain language so you can see what each formula is, how it is used and whether it fits what you are already taking.
We are not here to make supplements feel magical. We are here to make them easier to choose carefully.
What guides us
These are the standards behind the range, the product pages and the way we talk about supplements.
We want the important details to be easy to find: active ingredients, serving, pack size, suitability, cautions and routine fit.
Products are easier to compare when they sit inside a real routine, not just a long alphabetised list of ingredients.
Where nutrient claims are used, they should stay close to authorised wording and avoid turning food supplements into medical promises.
If something is unclear, we would rather fix the page, answer the question and make the next customer's choice easier too.
How we build the range
We look at what a customer is actually trying to do: build a daily foundation, compare magnesium, choose vegan omega-3, support an evening routine or avoid doubling up across a bundle.
Ingredient form, active amount, serving size, allergens, suitability, cautions and pack supply all matter. They should be visible before checkout, not hidden in tiny text.
Good supplement copy should answer practical questions. What is it? How do you take it? Who may need to check first? What other products might overlap?
The range, guides and product pages should get clearer over time as customers ask questions, labels change and better explanations become obvious.
What you can expect
What we will not do
Food supplements are not medicines. They should be used alongside a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
How much you take, how many servings are in the pack and how products overlap should be easy to check.
If an ingredient has nuance, the page should not flatten it into a bigger claim than the label can support.
A good routine is not always a bigger routine. Sometimes the most useful step is knowing what not to add.
