We ship Root & Pulse orders from the UK. Delivery prices, available services, and final delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch & cut-off times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We usually aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day with Next Business Day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays are usually processed on the next working day.
