United Kingdom
Standard UK delivery is £4.99. Standard UK delivery is free when your order total is £50 or more after discounts and before any delivery charge is applied.
Express UK delivery is available at checkout for £6.99 where supported by the delivery address.
European Union
Tracked EU delivery is charged by destination country:
- EU Zone 1 - Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, and the Netherlands: £9.99.
- EU Zone 2 - Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden: £11.99.
- EU Zone 3 - Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Romania: £14.99.
Rest of world
Standard international delivery to eligible countries outside the UK and EU is £23.99. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are processed on working days. We usually aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, although dispatch and delivery estimates may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or where a carrier experiences delays.
UK standard delivery usually takes 2-4 working days after dispatch. UK express delivery usually takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. EU delivery usually takes 5-12 working days after dispatch. Wider international delivery times vary by destination and may take longer because of customs clearance.
Unless we agree a different delivery time with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days after your order is accepted. If we cannot meet the estimated delivery time, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Tracking
When tracking is available, details will be sent by email after dispatch. We may use Evri International, Royal Mail, or another suitable tracked carrier depending on destination, parcel size, cost, and service availability.
Customs, duties, and import rules
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, handling fees, or local import restrictions. These charges are not included in our delivery prices unless checkout clearly says otherwise. You are responsible for checking that products can be imported into your country and for paying any charges applied by local authorities or carriers.

Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, email hello@rootandpulse.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate.
