Each 2-capsule daily serving provides 400mg calcium, 72mg magnesium, 10ug vitamin D3, 75ug vitamin K2, 10mg zinc, 1mg manganese, 1mg copper and 1mg boron.

Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin K, zinc and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.

Adults take 2 capsules daily with water and food. If taking anti-coagulants or blood thinners, consult a health practitioner before taking this product.
