If used as directed, CoQ10 Plus 300mg has an expected supply of 60 days, Vegan Omega-3 has an expected supply of 45 days and Vitamin B Complex has an expected supply of 120 days.

Vegan Omega-3 has the earliest top-up point at around 45 days. CoQ10 Plus 300mg follows around 15 days later, so you may prefer to reorder them together.
